El r\u00e1pido crecimiento de las ventas de equipos el\u00e9ctricos y electr\u00f3nicos est\u00e1 generando un aumento en la cantidad de residuos de aparatos el\u00e9ctricos y electr\u00f3nicos (RAEE). E-waste marca un problema ambiental emergente, as\u00ed como una oportunidad de negocio, dado el contenido de materiales valiosos y peligrosos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Desaf\u00edos en Am\u00e9rica Latina<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Falta de capacidades en todos los niveles.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aumento en las cantidades de residuos electr\u00f3nicos<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Falta de pol\u00edticas y de cumplimiento.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Recolecci\u00f3n informal activa y sistemas de tratamiento (\u00bfevidencias suprimidas?).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Sistemas formales de recolecci\u00f3n, reciclaje, tratamiento y eliminaci\u00f3n desde las etapas iniciales. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b> Car\u00e1cter innovador del proyecto<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Apoyar el emprendimiento sostenible<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Establecimiento de dos centros de formaci\u00f3n sobre residuos electr\u00f3nicos (en Brasil: UFRJ;
